A little about Cindy...

 Cindy Fekete is the CEO/President of the Louisiana Home and Land Group with Keller Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The Louisiana Homes and Land Group is a team of Real Estate specialists in the Greater Baton Rouge area.  They service East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston parishes

 Cindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from LSU's college of design in 2000. She developed a sharp eye for detail and esthetics through her design school training and today she employs these skills in the marketing, advertising and staging phases of real estate sales.  

 "I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to use some of the techniques and theories I've learned in my work.  Being able to bring out the best in a property is definitely beneficial to the client.  And it's also a lot of fun for me!"

Realizing the critical role that technology will play as we move further into the information age, Cindy has made a commitment to continuing education.  She works diligently to stay abreast of the latest developments in internet-based advertising, searching and communication.  She is one of an elite group of Realtors that has earned the title of Internet Marketing Specialist.  Cindy also attends conferences/classes regionally and nationally to enhance her skills in technology, marketing and leadership.

A litte about Kim...

Kim Tregre is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Kim is a native of Denham Springs.  She is now a resident of Ascension Parish and knows the Baton Rouge and surrounding area extremely well. 

Kim graduated from Denham Springs High School and attended Southeastern Louisiana State University, majoring in Accounting.  Kim has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years.  Her career began as a Notary Public working at a local Title Company handling the closing process of homes. She transitioned into selling real estate in June of 2013.  With her closing experience she has knowledge that most real estate agent do not have.  Her husband was in the mortgage lending industry for over 15 years.   

Kim is married to Justin Tregre and is a mother of two sons. You can find Kim enjoying all of her free time at the ball parks, as her children are very active in baseball. She loves every moment of being a baseball mom.
